Delivery and Return
Your requests are processed to prepare for delivery at the end of the order. After your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to the cargo company at the end of 3 (three) working days at the latest to be delivered to the collection center. The status of your cargo can be monitored with the cargo tracking number that will be given to you as a result of your order. The products constituting the subject of the contract are delivered to the BUYER by the cargo company to be determined by the SELLER. The shipping fee and the cargo insurance fee, if any, are added to the invoice price. The BUYER agrees and undertakes to pay these prices in advance.
After paying, the delivery time of the cargoes of the products subject to the contract takes an average of 2-3 days.
The SELLER is not responsible for any damages that may occur in the product during Cargo and Delivery. The BUYER has the right not to accept the cargo if there is damage to the product delivered to him. If there are damages or usage losses that may occur in the product due to cargo transportation, the BUYER must submit it back to the cargo authority by attaching a damage detection report (record) from the cargo company official and adding it to the products/products to be returned before confirming the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Otherwise, the BUYER will be responsible for damages caused by cargo damages or usage losses, and the product cannot be returned. If it is determined by the SELLER that the error occurred in the product occurred before shipping and delivery, the process of replacing the product and re-shipping it after the damaged product reaches the SELLER's warehouse takes a maximum of 7 working days. THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL(RETURN)
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within (14) days from the date of delivery of the product subject to the contract to him or to the person / organization at the address he /she has indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the seller's store by fax, email or telephone during this period and that the product has not been used in accordance with the provisions of the relevant article. If this right is exercised, 3. it is mandatory to return the original invoice with a sample of the cargo delivery record indicating that the product delivered to the person or BUYER has been sent to the seller's store. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded. The shipping cost of the returned product due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the BUYER.
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products that cannot be returned by their nature, disposable products, underwear products, copyable software and programs, products that deteriorate quickly or expire. All kinds of software and programs, consumables (Move the line, Marker Pen V. b) and the exercise of the right of withdrawal is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product has not been used.
In addition, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for goods produced in accordance with the special requests and requests of the consumer or made personal by making changes or additions to them.
